Answers To The Most Common Sex Problems Couples Have (part 3)

Today’s episode of Hot, Healthy & Happily Ever After is the third and final episode in the series, “Answers To The Most Common Sex Problems Couples Have” We tackle the very painful topic of sexless marriages; which is defined by professionals as couples who have sex no more than 10 times in any given year or less than once per month. Often times the lack of sex in a relationship is not a big deal for one partner while it is very painful and lonely for the other partner. This makes the issue even more difficult because the motivation to resolve the underlying issues is not a priority for the uninterested partner.

It’s important to note that all couples go through seasons in their relationship and periods of time where sex becomes very infrequent. Times of overwhelming stress, injury and of course the biggie… having a baby and parenting young children. But the commitment to the relationship is that the sex life remains a priority and is nurtured back to health as soon as possible.

Couples who go for long periods such as 1, 3 and even 8 years without having sex get to this point because they don’t talk about it. They don’t understand what is going on that caused sexual activity to stop and so are unable to turn it around before it snowballs. Tune in to my explanation of why this happens and what to do about. The longer you go with out having sex and dealing with this problem the more challenging it becomes to revive your sex life and save your relationship– so deal with it now. The sooner the better!!
