If you are a new client, please contact Hilary to determine if one of our therapists/coaches is a good fit for you. A free 20-minute phone or in-person consultation can be scheduled at that time.
We understand that life is busy but with this said, we respectfully request that during the initial stages of therapy, you plan for weekly sessions. This creates momentum and allows you to settle into a trusting relationship with us.
We only work with clients who are capable of managing life independently in between sessions. Our practice does not offer after hours support or have the resources to offer emergency services.
Cash and checks are preferred methods of payment however for client convenience, we do accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Flexible Spending/Health Savings Cards and Paypal with a 3% administrative fee.
We are happy to provide any necessary documentation for you to submit claims to your insurance for reimbursement.
Clients are required to provide 48 hours advanced notice when cancelling an appointment. We often have a wait list and this allows us to contact other clients waiting for an appointment. We charge our full fee to all clients who cancel with out this notice, no exceptions.
