REFUND/MULTIPLE PAYMENTS:
No refunds are available. Our materials are digital content that cannot be returned, coaching services that cannot be withdrawn or physical products that, once received are unable to be resold.

Should the client pay through a payment plan, client is responsible for completing each payment regardless if client leaves the program or does not complete it in the time-frame provided. Should the Client not complete full payment, access to all program materials and proprietary company materials will be revoked.

In the event that Hilary Silver Enterprises terminates this Agreement, the Company agrees the Client is not obligated to make any remaining payments for the program materials and access to the program content and proprietary company materials will also be revoked upon contract early termination.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

This program and its contents (the “Program”) are the exclusive property of Hilary Silver Enterprises, Inc. and are protected by copyright law. All rights are reserved. The copyright owner, Hilary Silver Enterprises, Inc, hereby asserts its exclusive rights to the Program and prohibits any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Program. This includes sharing your login information with unauthorized users.

Hilary Silver Enterprises, Inc will take strong legal action against any individual, entity, or organization found to be in violation of its copyright, including but not limited to pursuing injunctive relief, monetary damages, and legal fees.

This copyright notice is not an exhaustive statement of all rights pertaining to the Program, and Hilary Silver Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to take any additional legal action it deems necessary to protect its intellectual property.

This notice is effective as of December 17, 2017 and supersedes any prior copyright notices associated with the Program.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT:
Both Hilary Silver Enterprises and the Client agree to not take any actions, make any statements, whether oral or in writing, that negatively impact the other party’s business, services, products, or reputation.
